At “A Poveira” quality is a basic assumption. Daily all products are subject to more stringent criteria for quality control by an integrated group of highly qualified professionals.

The optimization of production is a priority of "A Poveira" to face the future. We are making investments to increase productivity by building a new factory, located in the same city, Povoa de Varzim, but in a detached area for the industry, the Laúndos Industrial Park.

We would also underscore that the status of SME Leader, this year, was attributed to "A Poveira". Moreover, the company was recognized by the IAPMEI as SME Excellence. The award of this status allows "A Poveira" to be part of this limited number of companies that, by its performance indicators and risk level are considered as the engine of the national economy, due to the growth strategies and leadership to adopt.


Over the years, "The Poveira" has followed with distinction the evolution and demand of market, standing up to the most diverse challenges, always facing the future without forgetting the tradition of the past.
