Tuna Bruschetta with Avocado and Tomato

Lata Tuna fillets in olive oil


4 slices of rustic bread 1 dash of olive oil Juice of 1 lime 4 small showers of tomatoes 100g de queijo cabra Salt and pepper to taste Rosemary and oregano to taste
2 cans of 120g of Tuna Fillets in Olive Oil

Step 1

Heat the oven to 180ºC and toast the slices of bread drizzled with olive oil.

Step 2

Peel the avocados, cut them in half and remove the core. Cut the avocado into pieces and place in a bowl, add the lime juice, season with salt and mash with a hand blender.

Step 3

Wash the tomatoes and slice them.

Step 4

Divide the avocado purée between the toasts, place the drained tuna chips, the tomato slices and the lightly crumbled cheese on top.

Step 5

Season with salt and pepper to taste, the chopped rosemary and oregano.
