Tuna Pasta with Cherry Tomatoes

A quick recipe of Tuna Pasta with Cherry Tomatoes, perfect for a light and very nutritious family lunch.

200g elbow pasta
1 box of cherry tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
Olive oil to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Olives to taste
Basil leaves to taste
2 cans of 120g Solid Tuna in Olive Oil
Tuna Fillets in Olive Oil Minerva


Step 1

Open the tuna cans and drain some of the oil, but only the excess. Separate it into slivers in another container.

Step 2

Cook the pasta al dente, drain and set aside.

Step 3

Sauté the olive oil and the garlic cloves (whole) in a frying pan. Add the cherry tomatoes and the tuna, stirring with a wooden spoon. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Finally, add the pasta to the tomato mixture and mix well. Top with basil leaves and olives to taste and it’s ready to serve!
